Tot Trade Moms! Thank you for choosing to participate with Tot Trade. Whether you are a consignor, volunteer, First Time Mom, Grandparent or shopper, Tot Trade values our mommies! Thank you to all who helped us fill over 45,000 sq feet last season and all of our shoppers who came out and shopped till they dropped!
More and more moms are discovering Tot Trade and we hope that you will all continue to tell your friends and come see us at our new home at the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center! We know you will love this new, FANTASTIC facility, easy access and a WEEKEND SCHEDULE!
Tot Trade Shopping:
Tot Trade will continue to organize the sale to accommodate the growing number of consignors and shoppers. Look for a new floor plan this season that will help to easily find items and organize check-out. Tot Trade will display Boutique Items and Breast Pumps with big ticket items. In addition, you find the Maternity changing room and nursing/changing station with the big ticket items. Organizing all of these areas together will allow a Tot Trade Staff/Volunteer to better assist you with purchases.
Tot Trade will have a new check out system that will offer 11 registers and a “check out assistant” for each register to help expedite the check-out lanes. Tot Trade will continue to use our Check Out Guide and “Pom Poms” to identify open registers in a timely manner.
Lots of shoppers took advantage of Tot Trade’s Discount Day! Mark this day on your calendar, select items will be marked 50% off! YES, there is still a lot of great items to choose from! Take advantage of ALL of these great bargains!
Tot Trade Consignors:
Tot Trade is continuing to streamline our check-in/drop off procedure. This season Tot Trade will offer 4 dedicated check-in lanes for consignors with over 100 items.
In an effort to limit your time waiting to check in with a Tot Trade Staff Member Tot Trade has posted our consignor agreement online. Please be sure to print and sign prior to drop off.
Tot Trade is adding three additional computers this seasons to ensure quick and efficient scanning and data entry to give you the most up-to-date sales report in a timely manner. In addition, we will work to have the final reconciliation report ready at pick-up so we can answer any questions about consignor’s inventories.
Tot Trade Volunteers:
Moms, we can’t stress to you enough that Tot Trade is your children’s consignment sale and we need your help to make sure that the sale runs as smoothly as possible. This season, Volunteers will receive 1 PASS for Tot Trade’s presale. Moms who volunteer work hard to manage their schedules and work their shifts and in an effort to be fair to them Tot Trade has implemented this new policy.
Tot Trade will be using Presale Armbands this season! Please pick-up your band after your shift. If you participate with the “Postcard Distribution” your armband will be mailed to you with your postcards.
Due to the number of “No Shows” for the “Let’s Make a Deal Meal” Tot Trade will no longer offer this as a volunteer option; however there are still lots of great options to choose from. Register early, spots go fast.
Tot Trade Goes High-Tech!
Tot Trade strives to bring you the latest in consignment sale technology. Tot Trade has streamlined your registration and consignor fee payment online. For the latest information about this season’s sale, check our Blog out on Tot Trade’s website. Tot Trade will also try to go live via YouTube so you can get a sneak peak to the goodies in store for you!
Consignor Fee Schedule
Tot Trade is growing by leaps and bounds! We can’t believe that we filled over 45,000 square feet at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center. Each season we offer an early bird registration. Please see our consignor fee schedule for this season! Take advantage of registering early this season! Due to the space planning, staff and volunteer scheduling to accommodate the sale, consignor fees are non-refundable.
$5.00 Early Bird: November 1-30, 2008
$6.00 Registration: December 1- February 24, 2009
$7.00 After Drop Off Starts: February 25, 2009
WEEKEND SCHEDULE:
MOMS: Tot Trade has heard your repeated requests and we are SO EXCITED TO offer our sale schedule over a weekend! Working Moms at home and Working Moms at the office can all find a time to drop by the sale....FREE ADMISSION! Schedule a babysitter now, grab your girlfriends and let's make it a date!
DISCOUNT DAYS:
Tot Trade has bargains galore...but Discount Day is FANTASTIC! This season Tot Trade will offer a weekend discount day: 50% off select merchandise: Sunday, March 1, 2009. 11AM-5PM Remember, Consignors set the price and choose to discount their items. Tot Trade's discount is on select items, items that do not have a ND under the price!
