Super Mom Volunteer:
Super Mom Volunteers must work ALL 12 hours during the sale and cannot combine a Let's Make a Deal option such as post card distribution or snack to qualify as a Super Mom Volunteer.
Moms, thank you so much for considering a Super Mom Volunteer Shift. All of our Volunteers are VITAL to the success of the sale and now more than ever we need your help! Tot Trade Charlotte is experiencing tremendous growth and we continue to strive to ensure the entire Tot Trade Charlotte experience is the best it can be!
Tot Trade Charlotte Super Mom Volunteers register to work 12 hours during the sale. The hours may be worked in any 4 hour shift increment. A mom may choose to volunteer 8 hours one day and 4 hours another, or 3 (4) hour shifts. Tot Trade Charlotte is flexible and wants to make it easy to volunteer during the week, weekend or late night.
Tot Trade Charlotte Super Moms receive
- First shopping privileges for both presales (including the 50% off select item presale) We have heard your requests for extra presale shopping time! Be sure to check this season’s calendar for your “extra time!”
- Wednesday, August 4 doors open 2PM
- Saturday, August 7 50% off select item presale doors open at 6:00PM
- 70 % of sale
- Waive consignor fee (This will be reimbursed at the end of the sale)
In order to receive credit volunteers MUST sign in each day for your shift. This is the ONLY documentation that we have. We will be unable to waive your fee or give a higher consignor percentage if you do not sign in. If your name is NOT on the sign in sheet, please write in your name and sign. Thanks so much for helping us with this bookkeeping task.
Due to the number of requests of husband assistance, Tot Trade Charlotte has further defined this option. Jodi and I would love for dads to get involved too! Based on this request, here is how the shift would work: two workers (husband and wife) MAY work a combined total of 12 hours. The husband and wife team working hours together will receive (1) armband each
