Consignors must mark each item with masking tape or computer generated labels with their consignor number and use cardstock paper in order to file discrepancy request at the end of the sale.
Card stock tags are less likely to fall off your items. Labeling each item is YOUR insurance policy that if your tag falls off we can either identify it and match the lost tag or return it to you at the end of the sale

- Please use WHITE CARD STOCK paper – the scanner cannot read the barcode through color paper
- Tags CANNOT be changed in ANY WAY. Once you print your tag, all the information about your item including the price, discount or to donate your item. If your tag has been manipulated in any way Tot Trade Charlotte will pull the item and return it after the sale. This is to protect our consignors and ensure proper credit.
- Tags CANNOT be printed on BOTH sides of tag. If an item has a double-sided tag, Tot Trade Charlotte will pull the item and return it after the sale. If your printer prints a LIGHT tag you may either 1) use that tag or 2) reprint the tag on a clean piece of paper.
If you ALWAYS log onto your account through the Tot Trade Charlotte homepage you WILL NOT be asked for a print code.
