Consignor Pick-Up

Pick-up Instructions

Please note that Tot Trade understands that emergencies happen on pick-up day; however, due to the number of consignors and tasks to be completed we are unable to accept phone calls or check email. All items not picked-up will be donated to one of our charities. If possible, a husband, friend or grandparent can pick up your items. Thank you for your understanding on this last important step of the sale.

  • Please see calendar for pick-up date and time.
  • Tot Trade will work to have all SCAN TAGS entered into the systems for your review. 
  • Please bring a copy of your inventory to discuss any discrepancies with your inventory and pick-up items.  Tot Trade will have a “Discrepancies” table to help you with your concerns.
  • Consignors numbers will be broken down into the following:  Table 1:  100-1000  Table 2:  1000-2000  Table 3:  2000 – 3000 Table 4:  3000-4000 Table 5:  4000  Please go to the appropriate table to sign in that you are picking up your items.  Tax forms will be available for you.  If you would like a tax form, please be sure to pick one up at this time.
  • Please be sure to look high, low and beside your pile.  Tot Trade cannot be responsible for your items if you have overlooked them.
  • Please be sure to look on the lost tag table to claim any of your items.

Checks

Consignor checks will be mailed 2 weeks from the last day of the sale.  If you do not pick-up your items, please wait until after checks are mailed to ask any discrepancy questions.  To contact Tot Trade, please email tottrade@hotmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.
